Service Description

The Definitive Project is not part of every process: we activate it only when truly necessary. The most common case is when the paperwork submitted to the Municipality requires a higher level of detail than what is already defined in the Book, and it is therefore necessary to integrate and update the documentation. It may also include project changes or rendering updates when new needs arise after the Book. It includes: updating the paperwork and additions requested by the Municipality, any project changes and rendering updates, initial bill of quantities, and assistance in selecting contractors and technicians. Price upon request - we will evaluate together whether this phase is necessary for your project.
